These were either for a U.S. Navy Captain, or a Colonel from the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps, or the U.S. Air Force. The eagles are facing opposite directions. This is a matching pair. There are two pin posts on the back of each and the back sections are included. The backs are marked as follows: LUXENBERG
