They were acquired with many other different keychains that appeared to be samples from the manufacturer. The manufacturer is unknown. These are identical. They have an enameled emblem or logo on the fob or charm of the dome of the U.S. Capitol Building. We do not know for certain but we believe that this was from the Capitol Radio Engineering Institute that was in Washington, D.C.. They are marked as follows: CREI
