The picture shows the (2) Old Painted Wood Composition Musician Figures / Statues in this lot. These are made of what appears to be molded compressed sawdust. I believe these are called Syroco figures. One has a guitar or mandolin and the other has a violin or fiddle. They are an interesting looking pair. They are not marked or dated, but they are believed to be from the 1930's or 1940's. They each measure 6-1/4" tall. The right one appears to be in near mint to mint condition. The left one has a piece chipped off the base, some light wear on high edges, and some blue paint dripped on him. This paint might come off but I will leave that up to the buyer.
