It has a George Washington postage stamp and a January 3, 1931 Washington, D.C. postmark. It was sent to a Binghamton, New York address. To judge the sizes the card measures 4-1/2'' x 3-1/2''. It is in excellent condition as pictured. There are smudge marks, mostly on the envelope. |
