The picture shows a close view of this Old Lithographed TinWeather Bird Advertising Clicker. This most likely was an advertising premium given to kids when shoes were purchased. I do not know the exact year it was used but my guess would be the 1930's. It is made of tin and has a colorful design. It pictures a rooster on a weathervane and reads as follows:

THEY'RE
"WEATHERIZED"
WEATHER BIRD SHOES
FOR BOYS - FOR GIRLS

It measures 1-5/8" long, works great, and is in excellent to near mint condition.
