| | | | The picture shows the title pages of the (2) Different American History Books in this lot. The first one here is ©1940 and it is entitled "THE STORY OF AMERICA IN PICTURES". It was arranged by Alan C. Collins with an introduction by Claude G. Bowers. It has a maroon cloth cover with an embossed American Eagle on the front. There is (465) pages loaded with great historic pictures and information for each. It is in excellent condition with only light wear to the cover. The second one here is ©1948 and it is entitled "THE FIRST FRONTIER" by R.V. Coleman. It has a dark blue cloth cover with an embossed sailing ship on the front. There is (468) pages loaded with great historic pictures and information. It is in excellent condition with only light wear to the cover. This is an ex-library book and has some stamps and card holder with card inside. The second book is slightly larger measuring 6-1/2" x 9-1/2" x 1-1/2". |
