This 1940 movie was playing at a Star Theatre (location unknwn). The cover is an illustration of Ginger Rogers at a desk with an antique typewriter. Also seen is the novel book ''KITTY FOYLE'' by Christopher Morley. The back of the flyer is marked as follows:

The opened flyer measures 11-3/4'' x 9''. It is in very good condition as pictured. There is some light wrinkling from handling and storage. There is a little paper loss on one of the upper corners. For reference information below here is the long cast list from the movie:
