It is not dated and the year that it was made is unknown. It is not marked and the maker is unknown as well. At the top there is a vine and beadwork sewn on to the rim. On the side all around there is a pattern of small triangles and carved waves. It is painted in green, copper, and brown. The inside of the dried gourd is a peach color. The basket or bowl measures about 5'' wide by about 3-1/8'' tall. It appears to be in mint as made condition as pictured. |
