| | | | The picture below shows a larger view of all (4) Old Unused Miniature Circus Cannon Launcher Cereal Box Prize Toys in this lot. These are not dated but they are believed to be from the 1950s. The cereal brand that these came from is unknown. They are made of colored plastic, (2) are blue, one is yellow and one is green. When assembled a circus performer is launched from the cannon by flicking a lever. I can hear it now, ''You'll put your eye out!''. The halves of the cannons are together but some of the other parts are still connected to the scrap sprue parts. All four performers and all four lever parts are here. They are each marked on the back as follows: B.S. N.Y. N.Y.
PAT. PEND. To judge the sizes the cannon barrels each measure 1-1/2'' long. These are in mint unused condition as pictured. |
