They are all different except a one cent duplicate with a different number. (8) of these are prepaid sales tax stamps. The other three are for ''Cosmetic Tax'', ''Vendor's'' Tax, and ''Wine and Mixed Beverage Tax''. All but one of these (Vendor's) have a scenic Ohio seal image.
