| | | | The picture shows a view of the cover of this Old Unused Joe Palooka Comic Strip Character Transfer Pictures Booklet. The transfers would have been shown but to do so the cover would get bent or the staple would need to be removed. The booklet is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1940s. There are three pages with three tattoos on each inside. They are perforated like postage stamps. The tattoos are in color. They picture different characters from the famous Joe Palooka comic strip. The inside cover has directions. The cover pictures Joe boxing and knocking out another man. It is marked as follows: JOE PALOOKA
