The picture shows a view of all (4) Different Colorful Old Premium Iron On Transfers in this lot. These iron on transfers are very similar to those that were used as a premium by The Cracker Jack Company in the 1930s, in fact, they were found with some of the Cracker Jack versions and probably were made by the same company. These may have also been used as a premium or prize by someone or they could have been sold in an old five and dime store. They are not dated but they are believed to be from the 1930s. They were made in the U.S.A. and the baseball one is marked ''N.T.M. CO.''. The four that are included here have a Boxer, a Buck Rogers looking Space Man, a Baseball Batter, and an old Race Car. These are made of a thin tissue paper. Some uneven edges and some wrinkling is normal because of the type of paper. To judge the sizes the Boxer transfer measures 3-1/8'' x 7-1/2''. These appear to be in excellent or better unused condition with acenter fold as pictured. |
