On the edge the coin is numbered ''158'' and the edge is also marked ''STER'' for sterling silver. On one side the medal has a deer in a field, two branches, and nine stars. The other side has a hand holding a rifle and the Boston, Massachusetts Bunker Hill Monument. It is marked on the two sides as follows:|
