The bottom edge of the kit bag has separated from age but all of the unused parts are inside. There is some old scotch tape on the edge. The packaging pictures a scout making the belt. The back has all of the instructions. Perhaps you would earn a patch or badge by completing this kit. The kit has leather parts and a metal buckle. The package has the Boy Scouts emblem and it is marked as follows: BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA
