|The pictures show a front and back view of the (2) Old International Mutoscope Corporation Souvenir Photomatic Photographs in this lot. This type of photograph was taken from a photo booth. Usually these were located in old arcades, in old Amusement Parks, on Boardwalks, and other popular amusement locations. In This case they were taken at Washington National Airport. The same young woman appears in both with a second woman in one. These photomat photographs have the logos or emblems for (9) different airlines on the backs. They include the following:|
Eastern Air Lines
Trans World Airlines (TWA)
All American Airways
Northwest Airlines (NWA)
Partially obscured by the tin frame, the back is marked:
International Mutoscope Corp., New York
The framed photographs each measure about 2-1/2" x 3". They appear to be in excellent condition as pictured. The back easel and hanging holes are unpunched and unused.
