| | | | The pictures show two views of this Old Miniature Metal Military Toy Cannon. The cannon is not dated and the year it was made is unknown. This is a not a firing toy cannon. It may have been made and sold as a souvenir at any number of Civil War battlefield souvenir stores or gift shops. We just do not know. The cannon barrel is brass and the rest is a painted, non magnetic metal, perhaps aluminum. The bottom is marked as follows: PENNCRAFT
MT. PENN
PA. The cannon moves and the wheels roll. The wheels have big studs or rivets for traction. It measures about 4-1/4'' x 2-3/4'' x 2''. It appears to be in near mint condition as pictured. |
